Full cycle: from production audit to in-service support. Same people, same guarantees at every step.
Manufacturing
Assembly of robotic systems, own equipment line, nitrogen generators in the Russian industrial registry, plant in the Preobrazhenka SEZ.
Equipment supply
KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, Dobot, Chinese brands and the TESWEL line. Compressors, dryers, positioners.
Installation and start-up
Welding, cutting, palletizing, machine tending, marking, grinding. Installed by accredited partners to the Teswel standard.
Service
Warranty, spare parts, scheduled maintenance of robot fleets of any vendor, including KUKA/ABB/Fanuc without vendor involvement.
Training and certification
Industrial Robotics Development Center (IRDC): academy for operators and technicians, partner accreditation, solution testing.

The platform picks a standard cell from the Teswel matrix with composition, economics and risks.

Engineer review
A Teswel engineer confirms, corrects or rejects the pre-project. Every correction trains the model.

Design and quote
Technical solution and commercial proposal with composition, lead time and warranty.

Installation and start-up
By an accredited partner or Teswel; stages and dates visible to the customer.

OK / NOK acceptance
Checklist against Teswel standards: documentation, installation, programs, safety, test run.

Teswel LLC is an industrial robotics integrator based in Samara, Russia, operating since 2010. Customers in metallurgy, oil and gas, machine building, aerospace and food. Three sites in Samara, a plant in the Preobrazhenka SEZ, branches in Perm, Moscow and Tula. Operator of the Industrial Robotics Development Center under a Ministry of Industry grant.
